Products & Orders
Descriptions and pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. Product appearance may vary slightly from images shown.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are in USD. By submitting payment you authorize us to charge your method for the full order total. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Choply is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier pickup. Accurate shipping addresses are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for returns. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Email support@shopchoply.com to start a return.
